Im now a resident of Salt Lake City for the next few months...and actually LIKE it! Haha.

Dunno if you ski or not, but the powder season in the Wasatch mountains is legendary. Wish I was there, instead of in this pansy ass excuse for a winter we're having in NY.

Im up here to train with a great trucking company thats hired me on, after training I will be on the road doing long hauls (3 1/2 weeks of driving a month with about 4 days home time every month). After Im done training my home baase will be in Chicago. Ill be there until I want to move somewhere else;p

Is getting a drink is a real hassle there?

The one time I went there, it was pretty tough after a certain time on Saturday, and impossible on Sunday. Nothing but beer and wine in grocery stores. You have to go to a special store to get hard liquor. You just have to prepare in advance! But the one cool thing was that they were all in church on Sunday, so if you wanted to go do something, there were no crowds anywhere on Sundays... I went there to snowboard, and on Sunday, the mountain was completely empty... I mean completely. There were like 10 people on the whole mountain.

I was born there............... god I miss it. Just to let you know, winter fucking sucks there. It's really nice in the summer though. But I left like 8 years ago so I can't recommend any clubs.

There are more Irish Pubs across the planet than Macdonalds restaurants, and for that the human race is eternally thankful. The fcker is that since they banned smoking in pubs in Ireland, the only place you'll find an original Irish Pub Experience is in Chicago, Delhi or Epcot.

Also, being IN an irish pub is good for you - the average wage for men and women who drink is higher in the USA than for those who stay sober. I thank the Democrats for that one - aspiring to be in-charge-and-in-competent.
