Christain Bale.
Isn't Edward Norton, "The Hulk"?
Dark Knight as drawn by Frank Miller.
I love Frank Miller!
Can't wait for Sin City 2, btw.....
Talk about sexual overtones.....
Adam West
I like him better as the mayor of Guahog than as Batman.Originally Posted by KilLAtomiK

Micheal Keaton all the way. He had that edge of 'normal eccentric' as Bruce Wayne, and the insanity boiling under the surface. You knew that Batman was a little nuts, in a fun way. ^_^
Batman from the 90's animated series, voiced by Kevin Conroy, who also did the voice of the character for his appearances on Superman, Batman: Beyond and Justice League, and all the Batman animated movies, including the newest one released as a prequel/tie-in to The Dark Knight film. In fact counting all of his contributions, he's played the character for longer than anyone else.
After him it's followed by Bale, Keaton, Adam West, Super Friend's Batman, Val Kilmer, and Clooney, in that order.
I never saw the 2004 animated series called The Batman. It probably sucked.
I loved prequel to The Dark Knight.
As for the actor... Michael Keaton. He was in fact in my first encounter with Batman but it does not change my opinion for the best suited actor for the role.
I'm a huge Bale fan, have been since American Psycho, so for me to see him in one of my favorite roles is quite enticing.
My fiance will argue West to the ends of the earth. And while I love Adam, (the crazy bastard he is), I just can't get into the whole idea of Batman dancing.
christian bale.
He was way better than kilmer...Originally Posted by VoltaireBlue

Adam West, because he's the only guy to play himself parodying himself playing Batman.
Family Guy fans will know what I mean.
Whats Family guy... looking around to see if we are on TV watching them, or they are on TV watching us.
Forrest, I was completely unaware that they did a Batman series the same time George Reeves played Superman.
God damnit... I sear I was gonna stop my marathon of posts.. so I just sat down to watch Johnny Bravo on Boomerang, and wouldn't you know that Adam West was in the episode... That was some funny shit..
OMG yea, I saw that episode the other day. Laughed my ass off heartily. My favorite part was when Adam's shirt ripped and fell off from his "bulging" muscles. haha
mine was the fortune cookie bit.. cause we all know that rhymes can find your Momma.
i was inspired by this thread to get a batman desktop background
I am getting inspired to get everyone's avatar tattoo'd.. but that doesn't make it right. Or does it?Originally Posted by KilLAtomiK

Good call on the animated series. "The Batman" is actually pretty decent. It's aimed slightly younger than the old series was but is still fairly good.Originally Posted by Morning Glory
Back in like 2002 I went to a car show up in NY and they had the Batmbile (keaton era) and they had this really dumpy dude in a Batman outfit taking pictures with the car and people. His eyes were so glazed over it looked like he'd been drinking the gasoline outta the tank.Originally Posted by Blitz

"Alcohol dependency" Batman.....At least that's the most realistic Batman.Originally Posted by Rockwulf
