New member gallery features and options

I did some work and added a lot to the member albums and gallery options. Regular members here now have more space of their own to upload photos and create new galleries. There is also a nifty new tab in the navigation area above called 'Gallery' that lets you see members photos and albums better than before. Let me know if you have any feedback.

yea', I Know - I've been GONE from *the Net* & the site for quit a while,
I just created my "1st" (official) Album, when I first Got back in here to BB...
not much new in it though, A'lot of th' same ol'e stuff, that You(*forrest)
have alreaddy seen anyways....

I know it's not as good as anything everyone else has to share,
saddly those 're just the "pics" I have...
~ Got No one to Take new ones of/For me.

I Just hope (It)'ll be alright w/ Everyone ????,....
