Perhaps, more like in the cubicles of Tblisi???? Just ran a quick Google search on the fella, and he's a Georgian painter(abstracts, I think), currently working out of Vienna, I think.

Only went to one site about him, and very briefly at that. From what little I saw of his work in the photos on the site's home page, didn't see anything that particularly appealed to me.
