Second...barely though. Needs better icons on the right side and diffrent shade of yellow.

Yeah, the first one has a better style but isn't designed as well.
Especially bad is the limited scrolling from use of IFRAMEs (< evil!)

2nd one is cleaner....and more functinal for surfing, but I did like some of the flava of the first one. Why not try and incorperate the two somewhat. If I had to pick though, I would say number two!
