'Light' covers a range of pleasant sins - and remembering a few quite pleasant memories i'd revise my previous definition: blood is ok, though more than a pint or so in a single session might worry me some. no watersports, no breath control (unless you count corsets) no hanging... that's about it, anything else goes. and even that's simply what i like - by no means hard limits if i met someone with the relevant tastes. So actually, maybe Light was the wrong word...
