Game model for a school project

Some of you might have seen the model already.
His name is Eugene, a redneck zombie lacking his jaw.
The game's gonna be a 3D point&click adventure, set in a haunted hotel in Louisiana. The player's character is a 12 year old kid named Ike, who's trying to rescue his cat. We're going for some funny but morbid style, somewhat like American McGee's Alice.
