Yay or Nay?
I liked it, but I agree with the critics that there was a lot of stuff that could have been done better.

I did like it to a point. It's a step in the right direction for the series but there is still a long way to go before new life is put back into these films.
Um, there's not going to be a sequel. That's not really a spoiler so much as Rob Zombie saying there ain't gonna be one.
I wasn't sold but when I saw it...yeah, good stuff.
Vaughn - that name rings a bell. Do you do hang yourself off hooks? If you are, nice to bump into you again,.
y'know, i was just musing... why the heck did they release this movie in August?
it's "Halloween" not "Endofsummerween"...
feh!!
i mean, i can understand releasing it a week or two before Halloween, but... August?
it's like the most unHalloween time of year... shit might as well release it on the 4th of July...
So as not to compete with Saw IV
shit, if your movie isn't bad ass enough to compete with that drab boring old been run into the ground franchise then why not save it 'till christmas?
it's still HALOWEEN, not "TooscaredofsawIVweenie".
oh boy - i was waiting for this to appear here. DO NOT go see the theatre release version. Please for the sake of art, watch the Work Print. The thatre release was shit. The work print was more than decent. Was a fucking weird time to release it, i'll agree with that.
