I'm not too fond of Counter-Strike. Played it a few times, got reasonably good at it, then quit playing when something I liked better came out. As of now I can generally be found playing Tribes: Vengeance, though I'm no good at it as of yet. Oh well.

It's worth checking out... demo (or even full version, for that matter) shouldn't be hard to find.

The first two games int he tribes series are now free to download...both are STILL excellent and in the case of Tribes 2 offer a much richer and more varied MP experience than the latest Tribes game to be honest.

It's true. They nerfed (or outright removed) a lot of the more fun things from the first Tribes games, which I wasn't happy about in the slightest.
