Well, I had about 2 hours sleep, went to work and within the first 20 minutes smashed my finger between a torque wrench and a cylinder head and sliced my knuckle open. So, as I am prone to do I threw a fit, started throwing shit around and cursing everyone around me. The thing is, my job is to fix everyone else's mistakes and if people weren't so god damned stupid it never would have happened. In any case, I'm better now..but thanks for asking

i fucking hate fixing neighbours computers every time their son downloads some nasty along with his porn or media from "free" sites or services.

i'm dragging this one out deliberatly because i really dont want to do it once every 2 weeks (i lie, it was back for a week before i went and fetched it from them)

I'm pretty even tempered. the last time I was really angry was months ago, because I found out some girl flat out copied part of one of my tattoos.

It takes alot to make me angry. but when it does finally happen, be smart and stay away from me.

Haven't been "upset" with anyone since the 90s. I've swatted my fair share of idiots over the years, trashed a few rooms (if you're going to throw a TV at someone, first ensure you're in their house), etc. but despite the instant gratification it rarely solves things.

Now I just fire people.

I try to live and let live these days. People will inevitably get in the way of your goals though. In those cases, I just do what needs to be done to get the job done. Better than revenge. I suppose I'd kick a few teeth in if they managed to remain in my way. Hasn't happened. Anger just motivates me. I can apply it to getting shit done instead.

Ya I know what you mean about getting shit done OEC. When I'm really pissed off I end up cleaning. Weird I guess but I just crank up some tunes and go to town. It's somehow calming.

Well, a friend died. He jumped in the river. I was pretty ticked off at that. I just cried and tried really really hard to support his ex, who loved him more than life itself and was having a hell of a time accepting that he was REALLY Not coming back.
I cursed him in my mind, swore at him, and basically let my mind express that anger.... Accepting that it was part of my mourning process and eventually accepting him and his decision.
I generally don't lose it. It just doesn't happen. I'm on happy pills too, but not so much a stepford wife as a VERY calm reasonable person. I still feel. I just have choices on how I express it.

I think I threw a table out the window, but I think this was partly due to steroid rage from the spinal epidural injection. I was berserker there for a bit shortly after. Calmed down a lot since then though.
