CONTEST CONTEST CONTEST! Win cool creepy dolls and stickers!
Sponsored by Toxic Toons
It has been a while since we had a contest, so here is a new one. I am fixing to finish up a feature on the creations of Eric Pigors and I thought I would kick off the competition now. You’ve probably noticed the fifty thousand banner impressions for the Toxic Toons creations of Uncle Pigors. I’ll post some pix and link the feature here when it posts.
Members of GothicSluts.com and Scar13.com will have seen the artistically divine Scar showing off some of the Toxic Toons creations with a more spooky dark feel and members of BarelyEvil.com will have seen everybody’s favorite spitfire Jax showing off other Toxic Toons creations with a more psychobilly punk feel.
Here are the prizes!
Two Grand Prizes
-- boxed dolls set (almost mint + touched by a Blue Blood superstar) Scar modeled for GothicSluts.com
-- boxed dolls set (almost mint + touched by a Blue Blood superstar) Jax modeled for BarelyEvil.com
We'll throw in whatever stickers are not already on items belonging to Blue Blood hotties by then and perhaps a few other goodies.
There are two ways to win:
(1) Be the board member with the most referrals. Here is the link you can use to refer your friends and (cool) neighbors to Blue Blood. If you tell someone about the site in person, they can write in your board name as who referred them when they sign up. In order to be counted, each person you refer must fill out part of their profile and make a minimum of five posts.
EDIT: Please note that, if you go to http://www.blueblood.net/boards/faq....y&titlesonly=0 while you are logged in, your referral code supplied in dark purple will look something like http://www.blueblood.net/boards/index.php?referrerid=X with X being your individualized referral ID. The http://www.blueblood.net/boards/index.php?referrerid=X link is the one you want to use, although any link will work if your friends type in your username as who referred them.
(2) Start the most interesting thread. This will be judged on the basis of which non-gimmick thread is the longest. Non-gimmick means the thread has to be an actual conversation starter and not just a count to infinity type of post. The winning thread will need to be started between today and the end of the contest.
The contest runs for approximately a month and ends at midnight Eastern U.S. time on October 14.
If you have any questions about the contest, prizes, or rules, please post them here.
These prizes are so awesome and wait until you all see the next contest!
