I don't have any favourite holidays, although 3 October is probably the one closest to my heart. Don't ask me why, it's a German national holiday and I'm English through and through.

I like Christmas because everything goes on sale and clearance the day after it and the lights all around town are pretty. I like the snow and the toasty feeling you get when you're inside and when you drink hot chocolate or soup.

Easter is nice because everything is in bloom and the air is just getting a warm breeze, but not too warm. All kinds of baby animals are running around.

I like Halloween because it spooky and all kinds of cool make up and tights go on sale the day after.

i like the smell of christmas and all the decorations, but after working retail during christmas it ruined christmas.

i like halloween, any day off of school, and mm thanksgiving ( <3 yay for thanksgiving food)

Thanksgiving.

It's the only holiday that isn't wrapped in ego. No need to buy a gift or go to church. Let's just all get together in the spirit of cooperation and thank each other.

HALLOWEEN! I wait for it all year. I sew my costume for months. I though everyone's favorite holiday was Halloween..... when will it be made national? We need to be given the day off of work!

whats with all this non-denominational christmas? Isnt that an oxymoron, isnt christmas part of a specific denomination? Is there non-denominational chanukah? Can it apply to kwanza? Does anyone really care? And whats with ad companies combining them all into a one word "super" holiday for the ease of advertising? I want to hear 3 different words damnit, dont try to save advertising time with combination
