Archer, Three to Tango, Season 6, Ep2

The second episode of Archer this season is not as spectacular as the first. The first ep of Archer season 6 was really really good. There are post-fight requests for bourbon in this ep, but no cobra whiskey. I demand cobra whiskey!

Anyway, if you remember and care about the whole subplot with Conway Stern, then you’ll like this episode. Otherwise, it is fun enough, but just fun enough. It is fun that Conway Stern has a cybernetic arm now. Post-episode, he may end up with two robot arms and create an Agents-Who-Hate-Archer supergroup with Barry. I laughed at the part where Archer is horribly wounded and pressing Lana for who will take care of Aubergine if they both die. When Lana says she’d prefer her sister to Archer, he doesn’t remember she has a sister, but asks hopefully if the sister is younger.

The CIA handler named Slater, drawn to look like Christian Slater, and played by Christian Slater, is pretty awesome as always. Even a middling episode of Archer is worth the 22 minutes.
